We work your score out via watts per kg but we understand that not everyone has access to a cycle that gives a wattage reading/output. We therefore have the option to input the distance covered in metres, once this is done the site will do the rest to convert this figure into a wattage output equivalent and then into your power per kg result. The 6 second cycle and the 30 second cycle however will require you to input a wattage amount.
